B.1. Applicant fills in application form (GP Form 1) available at the GP Office or Dean’s Office. Accomplished form will be submitted together with a copy of the student’s transcript of records for evaluation.

B.4. Application for Enrollment

If the applicant passes the GPEE he or she proceeds to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) to be admitted for enrollment.

Applicants who have the necessary undergraduate degrees take the GPEE administered during the enrollment period by the Psychological Testing Unit of the Guidance Center.

B.3. Entrance Examination

All applicants must be personally interviewed by the GPC, School Dean or the Associate Dean.
